On the other hand, industrial intellectual is further categorized into two categorizes which are invention and trademark. Invention covers protection of both the product and the process of producing a product. Trademark is a mark on a product that indicates the right of producers, enterprises and service providers.

Right of performance is the legal right that allows an author to freely communicate a copyrighted work to the public. An author can exercise the right of performance into two approaches, which are general right and subsidiary right.
